These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ew77 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.2 By completing the registration process on ew77, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. ew77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time.
2.3 ew77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
2.4 Players are limited to one registered account per individual, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ew77 login credentials. ew77 will never ask you to disclose your password to any representative of the Company.
3.2 You must notify ew77 immediately via the live support channel if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ew77 account, whether or not authorised by you, until you report unauthorised access to the Company.
3.4 ew77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, the Company may withhold funds pending investigation.
3.5 Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a consecutive period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ew77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee not exceeding RM10 per month to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address.
3.6 You may close your ew77 account at any time by contacting the live support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any eligible Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.
4.1 ew77 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and USDT via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), Boost eWallet, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your ew77 account. The minimum MYR deposit is generally RM20.
4.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in the depositing player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ew77 will return funds deposited from a third-party source and may suspend the account pending investigation.
4.4 ew77 does not charge fees for processing standard deposits. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, for which ew77 accepts no liability.
4.5 All deposits are subject to security checks. ew77 reserves the right to delay crediting funds to an account pending the outcome of fraud or AML checks without incurring liability to the Player.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the ew77 account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) are completed within ten minutes.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 or the USDT equivalent. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your VIP tier and are subject to change.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit to the ew77 account by the same account holder. If the original deposit method is no longer available, alternative verification documentation will be required.
5.4 ew77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days may result in account review.
5.5 Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn. Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
6.1 ew77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified on the individual promotion page, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ew77 promotions:
6.3 Players who have self-excluded from ew77 are not eligible to receive any bonuses or participate in any promotions for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
7.1 All bets placed on the ew77 Platform — including sports bets, casino wagers, live casino table bets, and slot bets — are final once confirmed by the system. ew77 will not cancel or void a bet solely at the request of the Player after confirmation.
7.2 In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or sportsbook event, ew77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked funds to Player accounts. In cases where the outcome has been determined prior to the failure, the verified outcome shall stand.
7.3 ew77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or game settings that were published in error (manifest error). Players will be notified and staked funds returned in such cases.
7.4 All sportsbook markets — including football (covering the EPL, Malaysia Super League, Bundesliga, and other leagues), UFC, NBA, and tennis — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the ew77 Platform.
7.5 ew77 reserves the right to impose stake limits on any player at any time without providing reasons, in particular where the Company identifies patterns of professional betting or potential exploitation of pricing errors.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ew77 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the ew77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, game assets, logos, software, user interface designs, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ew77 or its licensed content providers.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ew77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ew77 content without express written permission.
10.1 The ew77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ew77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
10.2 ew77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from network outages, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays.
10.3 ew77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 ew77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all Players seriously. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account.
11.2 Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
11.3 ew77 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years. Any player found to be below this age will have their account immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method, with any bonus funds forfeited.
11.4 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion facility and to seek support from recognised responsible gaming organisations. ew77 will cooperate fully with any accredited responsible gaming body's reasonable requests in relation to a Player.

13.1 ew77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players by email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 Continued use of the ew77 Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 3.6.
13.3 The version of these Terms most recently published on this page at ew77.asia/terms-conditions is the version that governs your use of the Platform.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising in connection with them or the ew77 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ew77 holds its international gaming authority licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ew77, you agree to first contact our customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. ew77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a final resolution within 14 business days.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
